    Hi
I wanted to make an inquiry regarding immigration matter.
Recently I was one of surety at an immigration tribunal bail hearing for a relative who was detained by home office on immigration grounds. He got bail and was supposed to live at the other surety address and report to home office reporting centre every 2 weeks.
He has left the address and has turned his phone off since monday.
My surety amount was £1200. We r trying to contact him but to no avail and I fear now he may abscond making us liable to pay for surety amounts. My inquiry is how should I inform the home office of his absconding and will it save me to pay my surety

    Hi ASLAN

You need to report your relative to the immigration centre where they were held.

Apparently there might be a hearing regards the 'surety'.
