Hi ,We signed a lease agreement 2 months ago for a lease car for delivery in November 21 -only to be told that due to shortages delivery would not be expected until Q1 in 2022 ! The same leasing company has however now posted that same car is available and in stock for delivery in November 21 but on enquiry this car is from "aonther supplier" and costs 25% more to lease per month for 4 years.. Can someone help to see if : a. We can terminate the agreement without charge due to frustration or perhaps lease the same car from this or another company and claim the difference back via small claims court ?

Hi BMW
That kind of defeats the purpose of leasing the car, when you want it from November 21.
When did you sign the agreement? (kind of irrelevant as they can't supply it on time)

Also how did you pay for the lease?
