  • TA6 Form Question

    Hi all
I'm new to this blog...I was recommended by a friend I have a question that relates to the TA6 form not sure if anyone will know the answer, but worth a shot!
In the section - services crossing the property
If the seller has stated that NONE cross to a neighbouring property and now we have found a water pipe that goes to a shed.....what are our rights?
    Thanks all

Really more info would be useful

What sort of rights are you looking for/
the right to some sort of compensation because the form was inaccurate?
The right to remove the pipe?
the right to payment for the pipe crossing your land?

Does your land registry proprietorship file make mention of any easements which might include this pipe/
      is it a mains supply?
is it teed off your supply pipe?
