    please can anyone confirm if house clearance firms dealing with a deceased's property are legally required to be regulated? and if so by who are the goverened and what
    regulation's (Scottish law)

      I understand they are required to have a WASTE LICENCE This is to prevent disposing of rubbish by Fly Tipping
