CCJ Details
Hello,
My husband is needing to rent a house near his new job that he just started. The landlord requires a Guarantor from all his tenants. Well we don't have one, so we have gone online to get a Guarantor through a company. We already supplied a copy of his credit report, which lists details of his 3 CCJ's, one of which he paid off.
This is the issue. The Guarantor company said they needed supporting documents with more detail regarding the CCJ's, which he only had for one of them. So they said contact the court and ask for the more specific details to be sent to you via email, usually within 24-48 hours. So he called court in Northampton, and they told him they would have to send it through the post, so he paid £20 to have that done. Well that was on September 6th, 2021 and it's now 2 weeks later and we still haven't received anything. Everything is in limbo and the Guarantor company keep telling us that we can get CCJ details via email. I have tried and tried to figure out how to get this done but cannot and that is why I'm here, wondering if anyone knows how to do this, so we can get the Guarantor application processed and finally get moving into the house we need.
Any advice would be most welcome and appreciated!
