Hi everyone. I'm new within the excellent community. I hope I can be of assistance.. I've just come through a stressful 11 year yes eleven year litigation claim.

The outcome hinged on a CPR 36 offer which the claimant insisted they sent to a costs lawyer in an insolvent company. I had asked the other party to send Me the offer and by registered post..
This was not and I was thanked for the update.

The failed to serve the offer yet unbelievable the District judge on the balance of probability judged it had been served upon Me.

Judgement... In favour of claimant I feel totally let down by the justice system.

The offer which I did not receive has consequences as the judgement best thier alleged offer. So what was £15,000 is now £47,000.

Totally deflated by such an unfair decision

Are you looking to Appeal the Judgement? There are no dates in your first post, but could you not send the Claimant a Subject Access Request, they would send you all the data they have for 6 years, they have 30 days to respond.
You might want to add some context to your first post.
