    Thankyou for all your help.
The CPR 31.14 is now printed and ready for posting tomorrow.
    Final questions:
do i haveto provide my phone number on the SAR?
Is the SAR sent to gladstone solicitors too or direct to UK Car Park Management?

i have had a reply by letter from gladstone solicitors which is clearly a photocopy of the PARKING ENFORCEMENT CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT.
I have also just had an email sent to me within the last couple of hours from UK CPM. There are multiple attachments. All are copies of the initial letter i sent them, the copy of my blue disabled badge which i had sent and then all of the letters they have then sent to me.
I am feeling overwhelmed right now and not sure what to do/where to start. my deadline is the 6th october. Is it too late to now just pay the charges? my father has had a major stroke and is very poorly in hopsital. I feel torn between being with him or spending hours trying to figure out a court appeal and ultimaly the fear of attending court.

From what i can read online it would seem i cannot "back out" of the court appeal now and should have paid within 14 days if i had wanted to do that. is that correct? I dont really have a valid defence to be able to argue in a court and im not good with legal talk. I feel paying £270 is wiser to preserve my own mental wellbeing and to allow my time to be with my father in hospital.

                      Huge apologies for messaging again.
I have tried all day to contact someone for advice.
I cant get hold of anyone at Gladstones solicitors to even find out if i can pay this fine and end the stress, i cant get hold of anyone at the court to find out if i can either pay through them or apply for an extension of my appeal submission based on extenuating circumstances. My brain cannot focus on all of the information online about what to include in the appeal right now.
I have even tried citizens advice and calling a solicitor with no success.
Does anyone please have any advice what i can do?
