Hi I have a debt with the PRA group after 6 months they sent me what looks like a photo copy of my CCA with my address at the top and at the bottom a box with a tick in it and a date looks a bit dubious there is no signature from the bank or my amount of credit or credit limit also it had a payment sheet with it and I get10% off my debt if I pay within a period is this made up?

No sadly this is common behaviour. How old is the original debt? Who was it with and how long have PRA had it? When did you last make a payment to it?

Hi the debt is about 10 months old and it was with MBNA not paid any payment as yet

HI The original debt is about 10 months old and with the MBNA group PRA group have had it 6 months no payment to the PRA as yet. On the terms and conditions they sent all my cash % rates etc and they are the same as what they were a year ago and they say it was Sep 10 I took the card out.
