that means I have no option but to pay them via some sort of agreement. Will this now give me CCJ? as I didn't admit liability initially and the overdates solicitors have the upper hand?

Morning - yes I’m afraid this is all absolutely legal and raising objections the very system of debt purchase in court will
          do very little.
You can settle with them now and not get a CCJ. You can make them a reduced offer even at this stage and they will
consider it, especially a lump sum. If you cannot do that then you can agree to a Tomlin Order to make monthly payments. Again no CCJ unless you miss payments.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
