Small claims victory faulty car

So little strange question for you all.

Long story short - faulty car, small claims, won default ccj, bailiffs instructed, high court, now paid.

But....

My question is, as I still have the car do I have to return it to the original garage?

Depends on the wording of the judgment.
If no mention made it is for the dealer to arrange collection at his cost.

If it is in your way you should proceed as per the Torts (interference with Goods ) Act 1977

indeed, the judgment is key here. As Des says, if its in your way then get a TIGA notice off to them
