  • Defaulted accounts showing missed payments

    Hey everyone,

Just a quick question, on my credit file I have a couple of credit card defaults from a few years back. I agreed a repayment plan with these at court mediation stage.

What I don't understand is on my credit file these defaults no longer say the credit card companies name but the debt companies I am paying.

I have direct debit setup for the payments and haven't missed a single one.

Yet on my credit file every month it shows as missed payment? Surely this isn't right because I've not missed the payments.

Can someone advise me if this is right or not?

    Thank you for your time.

any prior missed payments show for 6 years or 5 years scotland as a true record,

if debt company has been assigned the debt (bought it for pennies) then the name changes to theirs but all the rest detail stays the same.

Thanks for replying to me Mike,

So it's right that I'm paying but still shows missed payment? Seems very contradictive to me as how can it be missed if paid. If this is right I think it should be changed to at least show the person has made a payment plan and paying it off.
