    What to write for believing a defendant is a protected pary

    I want to become a litigation friend and I would love advice on what to write on the form where you have to put your reasons for believing that the defendant is a protected party thanks

    Hi CAROL21SWIM

    It's the N235? I think you need to write reasons why they are considered a 'Protected Party', i.e. they suffer from a mental health issue (identify it) etc, attach any medical evidence, doctors report etc. Add as much detail as you think necessary.
