have to work on my house,I followed deeds. i gave the neigbour 3 X the notice period?

If you want to do work on the side of your house and it says in the deeds you can, so you give the neighbor 3 X the notice period and the neighbor says If you come on my land I will call the police what do I do.? so i had no other option I started legal proceedings. It went to court and the neighbor half the way through the process, started harassment case, the judge ruled in the defendants favor. So now I have a house that is unstable and I am back where I started. my neighbor is veitnamez the judge said I should have given him more time. Please note I have never said anything to my neighbor that he has not said to me.
