Hi I have been told by the Judge to amend my particular's do I have to make a new claim or write in with further information?

You have to fill in N244, then you amend your original N1 form, but you will need 3 copies of it once amended -

As a first step I suggest you post up the Order from the judge, which presumably gave you permission to amend your claim.

My understanding is that if the court has ordered that you amend your particulars of claim you are not required to make an application for permission to amend your claim. If your amend POC increases quantum, you will have to pay a revised issue fee - the difference between the original issue fee and the new issue fee.
