    Car rust 1 year old car

    I have a 1 year old Ssangyong which has developed rust on a weld at the top of both rear doors in exactly the same place. This has resulted in water getting under the paintwork on the front of the door. Can I reject the vehicle because of this?

    No you cannot reject the vehicle once you have taken delivery and kept the vehicle for a year. You can however ask for it to be put right under the warrenty..
