  • CCJ payday express

Hi payday express took me to court when my debt had been in a debt relief order so I now have a CCJ against my name and I need to find the solicitor that represented them.

    Hi Tasha

    Does BW Legal sound familiar?

I'm sure the members here have the answer.

I'm not sure why they would advise that, nevertheless, do the following.

Send them a SAR, they have 30 days to send all the data they hold on your account. That way you might be able to get the solicitors details.
