New member looking where to post question

I am a new member here. I am looking to find a website or library with a list of concluded cases (like theft, damage, appeals against magistrates or traffic offences). As an example if my local paper reported a case but I know there was an appeal I want to know the results of that appeal. Could somebody please tell me where to post this question? thank you
