I ordered a pool heater from pool store uk costing £1295. I have received the heater but only a £1.00 was taken from my bank they have since left a message on my phone asking me to ring them as they had a glitch in their system hence only a £1.00 was taken am I legally bound to pay the rest of the money or is it their mistake

Until you pay what you contracted to pay it belongs to the supplier. I am not legally qualified. I would question my integrity if I thought of trying to exploit the situation. I expect a different view of you paid too much.

      Hi Swimgirl

It might be an idea to read their Terms and Conditions of sale. Errors will more then likely be covered in the T's and C's.
      .
You could always be a bit 'cheeky' and ask for a discount, see what they say.
