    hi people im a new member who is seeking advice today i received a penalty charge notice from parking control management ltd statingi parked without displaying a valid parking permit
    photographic evidence shows my vehicle parked in a bay on grand union village there was no sighns in bay to say no parking but on futher inspection the is a small plackon the wall of a residente houe saying permit holder only is this legal can they force fine on me

    Was the small sign 'visible and clear'? Did you have to search for it?

      It is not a fine, it is a charge agreed for alleged breach of contract, a mere invoice. But what contract?

      Post up a redacted image of the PCN you received suitably redacted but leave dates.

      Can you provide photos of the signs? Perhaps the location so that it can be looked at on google maps.

        Dictionary comes up with charge as a synonym for fine, but I've changed it.
