    Ccj form received for debt already has ccj on

    Hi
    I received a ccj from a 118 loan in June of 2016, I have just received a claim form from azzuro/Reston’s for the same debt, not sure what I now need to do can anyone help please. Thanks in advance

    Hello, did you acknowledge the CCJ back in 2016? Have you been paying off that loan since then? Do you believe this can be a duplicate claim?
