PCN - CPM Parking - HOSPITAL

I received the PCN in the post
I parked whilst i went for a blood test at Guys Hospital in London
My wife was in the car, I parked in this spot as I saw a van parked, the road was leading to a dead end.
I had gout and was unable to walk, the hospital carpark was only for disabled blue badge holders.



Do I have any grounds? what happens if I just ignore it?
