  • CPPlus Parking Fine

I’ve had a letter from CPPlus saying i was at the crown wharf shopping centre on the 10/04/21. I was there for 20 mins. I know I didn’t pay the tickets but that’s because after a certain time you don’t have to. I was only picking something up from the shops. It saying this is my second letter that was sent out or me on the 22/04/21. I never received this letter. It is now telling me I have to pay £100 in the next 14 days. If it’s not payed debt recovery charge will be incurred.

    Help ! What do I do ?
do I pay the fine or do I just ignore it, it is genuine or is it a scam. The picture is my car and it’s me driving but I don’t know what to do.

It's not a fine, it's an invoice for a sum agreed for a breach of contract. Whoever told you that you don't have to pay?

edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver drove, the keeper received the notice.

So post up a redacted copy of the notice you received but leave dates.

Have a read of other private parking threads
