It is a method of tagging a person asking them to pop in here, for you!

Hi Angie - Apologies for the delay replying.
If there is a charging order on your property (in which you live?) then this stays in force until the house is sold. It can be a fairly low risk way of holding off debt repayment until a much later date.
Mortimer Clarke are the in house solicitors for Cabot - a debt purchaser. They sometimes use other solicitors, so perhaps check if you have any previous paperwork to identify whose name is on the charging order.
Mortimer Clarke will periodically contact you to request payment of the debt. The important thing now is to communicate to them how vulnerable your husband is and that payment is not possible at this point in time. Cabot have a vulnerable persons team you should ask to speak to via Mortimer Clarke. Let us know how you get on. X
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Thank you for your reply. I think there has been a bit of confusion as angie also added to my post. My charging order is held by Fairfax Solicitors. Would the situation be the same. Would Fairfax have the same kind of team. I have had no correspondence from Fairfax regarding this matter. Many thanks.
