Afternoon, yet another one of those boring parking fine cases - sorry.
The parking company entered Judgement by Acceptance without me having made an admission. The court acknowledged that I was in time to lodge my defence but as judgement had been entered they could not accept my response and Judgement was issued.
The claimant was asked to supply a copy of the paperwork - they couldn't. A bar was placed on the Judgement. I have received a letter dated 17th June 2021 ordering that "An application is required.'
Quoting 'Civil Procedure Rules Part 3. You may within 7 days of the service of this order, apply to the courts to set aside or vary the order under
    Part 3.3 Rule 5(a)'
I have looked at Part 3 and 3.4(c) states 'There has been a failure to comply with a rule, practice direction or court order i.e 'The claimant hasn't provided the court with a copy of my admission' - as I haven't made any admission.
I will contact the court on Monday morning but would like to have my application prepared and would appreciate any help with this, as I'm not sure what information I must include.
    Many thanks
