Looking for advice (isn't everyone :-)

I'm looking for advice, and/or someone to review a short set of by-laws for our small club. Like most small clubs, there is little funding for legal services, so looking for guidance. Ideally we would like some clarification on a specific issue, but also how to find inexpensive legal services for small non-profits for a complete by-law review and recommendations. Is there an appropriate place to ask specific questions here regarding the by-laws, and any resources that could point us to legal services for a review and future services if needed. Thanks, Adam

I'm fairly sure the guys here can run through your set of By-Laws and give you feed back. Most By-Laws are based on 'common sense'.
