Naiper parking Ltd

Hello, I have received a car parking ticket from naiper parking LTD. I visited the heacham south Beach for the first time in May and paid for my ticket however I unfortunately paid for car park right next to one my car was in so it’s classed as not paying. I had every intention to pay and sent my appeal into naiper parking but they declined. I’m not happy with paying however not sure where I stand. What happens with Naiper car parking if you don’t pay?

Napier are not one of the nicest people.e to deal with. Have you identified the driver, yes or no.?
