can you help - I have been contacted by a debt company about a small debt of £110. I’m not sure it’s mine but they said the have bought it from administrators who were dealing with a company called ,uncle buck,. I asked for the cca to prove it’s my debt. They said it’s my job to get it from the administrators ( I tried and they said they don’t have it) . Therefore I presume the debt is unenforceable- they deny this!! What should I do from
here.
