Can anyone give any advice on the following. Is it favouring one beneficiary over another and a conflicted of interest if the executor is paying £900 a month from his own personal money to a beneficiary. We believe to keep them quiet? The executor is the brother and the beneficiary the sister. Both who we are investigating as tax fraud and financial abuse taken place in mothers last few years of her life. Thank you.
