Moorcroft/Lloyds Bank

Hi, having issues with Moorcroft and Lloyds Bank regarding a debt that was taken out withojt my consent and knowledge. To cut a long story short they remain adamant that I am liable for the debt and they spke to me a few years ago, they have a voice recording.

I have on numerous occasions asked for a copy of the call recording but they are intentionally withholding the information from me. What can I do to obtain this recording.
