lowell chased me for a debt with Three for over 2 years, they put a ccj on my credit file and now three have stated l don't owe this debt because it was their mistake and Lowell have been informed. However Lowell insist l do owe this debt because it's a ccj and l did not defend myself when it went to court. If lt did go to court l would of lost because l didn't know about a second account with Three which was running parallel with my current Three account. Can Lowell really chase me for this debt even when the original has been proven to be a mistake on Three behalf?
Lowell after a debt l don't owe.
