Parking Eye

Hi, I have received a Parking charge notice from Parking Eye after I entered a car park they run. I entered the car park and read the charges notices, I then tried to find change to pay and didn't have any so then tried to download the app which I couldn't do so I then drove out. I was there for 18 mins with my engine running and I never left the car during this time. I have written to them and told them this via there online appeal page. What else can I do? Any help gratefully received.
