  • N24 Preliminary hearing for a judgement or order

I am asking on behalf of a friend who has received an N24 form along with an email from the claimant of the case summary on his side. Whilst she submitted her reply at the beginning of this when he first served her, she has not been asked for any further documentation to submit to the court or been advised if she needs to attend. There is no time of the hearing stated on the N24. Should she be contacting the court at this stage and should she attend? Any help or advise would be really appreciated
