Finger print recall

Hi looking for advice, my daughter is charged with a driving offence, when arrested 5 months ago they took fingerprints, we have now received a section 61&63 notice to re attend a police station a far distance because the original prints are not any good.

surely this is down to them and she should not attend?
advice would be appreciated

If the prints on record are not of satisfactory quality it is as if the prints were not taken.
Accordingly the prints need to be taken and if she doesn't go voluntarily ........
Ask the issuing station if they can arrange for the prints to be taken at a station more convenient for her
