  • Covid restrictions affect on AGM

My understanding is only up to 6 people from two households allowed to meet indoors. This appears to rule out AGM for private company which would attract more from more households. Appreciate any comments on if it is possible to hold meeting .

The current restriction is actually "indoor gatherings are limited to 6 people or 2 households of any size".

So for an AGM of more than 6 people you can arrange to do this over a platform such as MS Teams or Zoom as a suggestion. Alternatively you can arrange to postpone the meeting until after 21 June.
