Hi I have a commercial property and have leased it for 99 years. The tenant wants to charge the leasehold interest and I have to give consent. Can anyone tell me what the implications are of allowing the charge. If the company are in breach of the lease can I still forfeit the lease. There is no mortgagee protection clause. Thanks
