    Abuse of process

    I lend someone about 8K but I filed a claim twice, originally as good heart only I claimed 2405 ; now I try claiming everything but I was told by her solicitor they will strike out my claim and give me a counter claim for harassment; what are my chances and they want to link me for sexual harassment
