Hi everyone. I had a application to extend Limitation for a claim, but it got refused, and The claim struck out, I've since read about second bite of the cherry but can't really seem to find out much more, other than the the Litigant in Person who's claim was struck out, issued another claim, and the court of appeal said it wasn't an abuse of process, so my question, is it just a case of filing another claim or do I have to ask the courts permission ? I'm confused, hope this makes sense
