    Has anyone taken this to court without a solicitor.
    I have a deed of trust and put all money in house 74% 26% ex. He's gone awol left me to raise his kids no contact. Refused to instruct a solicitor to negotiate sale.
    I would like to buy him out as not paid towards mortgage in three years and left me with debts.
    I have no forwarding address only email. If i take this to court myself for breach off contract would I still need the pre action protocol. Has anyone dgone to court when the other party abo ded property
