    Lowell

    Hi, I have been hounded by Lowell for many months now. They are saying that I owe £154 to shopdirect. I have never known of a company with this name until now and have definitely never spent any money with them.

    I’m unsure if it’s someone pretending to be them? Initially, it was calls & texts. Then I was told debt collectors where coming....they never did! Now they are sending court letters out. They haven’t sent any real proof of any debt. Is this real?! The letters I recieve look photo copied. I just want reassurance. TIA
