HI, A small claim for money was made to the court and a particualars of claim was submitted.
It looks like the case will now be going to court.
Question: Doe the claimant have to submit a witness statement despite submitting a particulars of claim at an earlier stage of the claim?
Or are the witness statements just for the claimants witnesses?
