My mother and I have property together. She wants to give my Nephew Lifetime Estate. I highly disapprove. Is she able to do this without my permission? Deed reads ET AL with both our names. My mother is elderly and is being taken advantage of in her later years. He is currently living on the property in a camper. I want him out. She wants to put power and electric for him alone to live. Again, these are against my wishes and I don't know how to stop this before she makes a move. Any advice is appreciated.
