Hi, can anyone help me please? I have recieved a court date for 2 on going claims brought against me for alleged historical debts by PRA! See attached photo, aside from resending everything I have previously sent is there any other documents above anybody can offer? This is really stressing me out and I would be grateful for any help. Can anyone tell me what point 4 onwards means too? The court document also says that the judge recommends mediation but on an earlier summons I was told I did not meet criteria for meditation ie. I'm disputing the whole claim! Thank you
