    Good morning,

Something terrible has happened to me.

at the end of February I was accused from my work to get coffee and not pay for them.

I had a conduct hearing and was told I would have another one. Before that I met with a union representative and he advise me to leave and nothing would have happened.

I provide proof of me having problem with my online banking, I advised I paid with my phone and as long as I was concerned the payment were made.

However, they didn’t believed me and decided to report me to CIFAS with marker 6 this is going to ruin my life and I was wondering what to do.

    I’m sad and ashamed.

    thank you on advance

I think there is more to this than meets the eye.

You are saying that you thought you had used your phone to pay for two coffees ( apple or google pay?) but for some reason they did not go through. You company have now put a fraud marker against you. Is that right?

Yes, I used Apple Pay! And the notification on my phone showed everything was good. However I didn’t think to check the bank statements at the time as I was logged out.
