  • New Member - looking for JPS Financial Advice

    Hi
A few years ago I signed up with JPS Financial for PPI claims. They recovered some money and I paid up and that was that. One bank refused to deal with them so I did everything and got a very modest pay out. This was 2 or 3 years ago and then last week I had a letter from JPS Financial asking for a cut of the money or dire consequences etc. I’m inclined to ignore them. Is that wise?

Sorry, I hadn't seen this. There's been a few people who have been invoiced out the blue from JPS. Don't ignore it. Make a formal complaint and if they don't uphold it or you don't get a response within 8 weeks you can take it to the Claims Management Ombudsman.

I haven’t been on here for a while and have just seen your answer - thank you. I’m confused why I shouldn’t ignore what is a scam. Making up fake invoices isn’t legal surely? They have set up a new company ( based in Leicester this time) and have started spamming and threatening me again. This time I am definitely ignoring them!
