I had a PPI claim a few years ago, I was under the impression that the fees will be taken from any successful claims. I have now received an invoice saying I owe them money.
is this correct

Banks etc will always pay you the full amount and it's up to you to pay the claims management company their fee. How long ago did you get the PPI refund?

i think it was about 5 or 6 years
I never received any information at the time regarding fees, I was on the understanding that any fees would be taken straight from any successful claims.

Did you actually sign up with The Claims Guys originally?

I think I did about something else.

I nervously contacted them, it is to do with something more recently. I have sorted it now.
