  • UnJust Enrichment Case

I have an unjust enrichment case. An Old friend borrowed money from me for the refurbishment of her personal house but wrote the loan agreement in the name of her company. The company has no asset, never traded. She lied it was a joint venture project only to discover, it is her sole name. I want to claim capital, interest and cost.

Unless you have sufficient evidence I think you will struggle. If it's just her word against yours how arguable is your case ? Sorry.
