Disputed Probate with many other factors brought in

This weekend I am faced with writing my major Witness Statement at Defendant and then a response to an Application for Possession etc etc etc. Wot fun being forced into being an unqualified LIP. I have no idea wot I am doing and yet I am doing it!! This weekends trauma is that I am faced with all sorts of false statements and some other statements which seem to be craftily distorted to be further allegations. Like a Solicitor saying clearly to me “I will not be doing notes of the meeting” who seems now to have told a third party [quoting it back to me and the Court] that he has stated that he was of course doing notes of the meeting and would have been happy to copy me - the complete opposite of what he stated when asked for minutes the week after the meeting. Wot does one do about responding to an absolute mass of false information and false allegations. A Police document was even censored nay doctored by the opposition Solicitor to give a false impression and to mislead [they took out the bit which had Police and GPs and SW generally rebutting all the accusations]. I have pages of insults and new documents received had added false allegations supported by incorrec/self serving statements as mentioned about the Notes. I can slog through Witness Statement for the Case but just dont know how to response to onslaught of allegations which are not true and designed to obtain monies from my Mother’s Estate/our home. I can them slog through the response to the Unless Order - I call it an or else Order!! - but again what does one do when other party just adds yet more false allegations that are not even relevant to the Orderd. And I could not find in CPR/PD guidance for responding to the Or Else Order!! Aaaarrggh!! Looking forward to a lovely weekend and following week.
