    anyone know who this comany are,i've recieved a letter saying i owe them£40 for them getting me £169.85,to my knowledge i've never recieved this also i don't know who these people are their letter sounds quite threatening though,are they scam artists ?i will add the letter to see what you all think before i go to the bank when they are open after covid,thanks.sorry i'm not allowed to upload the letter

        You succeeded!

        They are supposed to give you 30 days and not 21. Did they enclose any other paperwork?

        Respond to them and tell them that you do not recognise them nor any debt owed. Please forward all details of the alleged contract that has created the alleged debt.

          i was told a long time ago if you engage with people like that it becomes legal ,don't know if that's true
          oh and no other paperwork,the fact i've not had a phone call or email has me wondering about them

            No it doesn't become legal (whatever that means) and you are telling them you don't recognise any alleged debt with them.

            If you just ignore it will get to court and you will lose by default if you continue to ignore
