    Registered CCJ

    Hello,

    I have had a CCJ registered against me. I had to move out of family residence and missed all correspondence from the creditor. Besides making a full settlement is there anything that can be done as I genuinely missed the notices?

    What date was the CCJ issued? Do you recognise the debt? Other than not being served with the claim form, do you have a defence?

      Thank you - I do recognise the debt which i am planning to settle. I had the debt on a debt management plan I was making the payments and missed the direct communication from the creditor. It was registered in Nov last year
