  • National complain enforcement service

    Hu guys,
I need help, I basally took out mobile phone contract about 8 years but wasn’t able to pay for it due to circumstances at the time. Within this 8 years I haven’t made any payment or made any contact with the mobile phone provider.

I have received a letter from national compliance enforcement service today saying I owed £300 and I have 10 days to appeal, is there anything I can do? As I thought is statued barred now as is gone passed 8 years.

You have to tell them that, whilst you do ot admit the alleged debt it would be statute barred.

The National Compliance Enforcement Service only chase Government debt so this is a fictitious post.
